THERE ARE TWO LEVIES FOR RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE:

1) A CARE CENTRE LEVY, AND

2) EITHER A BODY CORPORATE OR HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION LEVY,
DEPENDING ON WHETHER YOU OWN A FREEHOLD OR SECTIONAL TITLE PROPERTY

The care centre levy is determined according to each resident’s lifestyle needs. Residents requiring high levels of assisted living, for example, meals, laundry and regular nursing care, will pay higher levies than someone living independently in the lifestyle estate.

The Homeowners’ Association levy and body corporate levies have been competitively structured in relation to other premier developments around the country.
