All freehold property owners will automatically become members of the MMHOA when they purchase a property in the development. The MMHOA’s objective is the promotion, advancement and protection of the communal interests of unit and stand owners, which includes looking after the common property.

The functioning of the MMHOA is governed by a Memorandum of Incorporation. The HOA is also responsible for the compilation and enforcement of the House Rules. A copy of the current House Rules can be downloaded below.
