Formerly known as Lily Care, the company was founded by a dedicated management team with extensive international and local experience in dementia, mental health and care support services.

In February 2026 Lily Care rebranded as Timbali Care, presenting a new name and fresh look to the company which continues to deliver person-centred care to the elderly and people living with dementia, with mental health difficulties and those with severe disabilities. Each client is treated as an individual and a care plan tailored to the individual is thoughtfully formulated by Timbali Care together with the client and the client’s family after completing a comprehensive assessment of needs.

The person-centred approach to all Timbali Care services enables residents to choose services that meet their current needs. Medication administration, chronic illness management, wound care, daily checks and an emergency response are provided by qualified nursing staff who are on site 24/7. Weekly cleaning and laundry services are offered by their in-house housekeeping team.

Meal Services

Three daily meals are provided and residents have the option to choose which meals they would like to include in their basic care levy. Lunch, including a dessert, is the main meal of the day.  Meals are served in the dining room, or within the comfort of the resident’s home; no delivery charges apply.
