EXISTING HOUSES

Historically the village consisted of 32 houses ranging in sizes and design. Three manor houses dominate the landscape with Torburnlea, which was named after the first farm that HL Hall purchased in Machadodorp, being the most prominent. Torburnlea will continue to belong to the company, HL Hall and Sons, and the other two houses have been bought by two Hall's directors who are descendants of the founder. The remaining 29 houses will be sold in phases. The first phase will see 12 houses on offer, one of which is currently being used as the Village sales office. The six houses in this row will be renovated externally to comply with the architectural guidelines for the Village and sold as good value, mature houses on large stands. The six thatched houses opposite the sales house will also form part of Phase 1 but will be held back initially to gauge the extent of renovation desired by prospective purchasers. Be part of history and invest in an existing home.
